Activity Details

New to dance fitness? No problem! Our KDF101 class is the perfect place to start. Your instructor will teach you the basics of dance fitness, including the core rhythms and popular steps. No dance skills or previous fitness experience required, just a willingness to learn and have fun.

What to Do
  • Avoid a large or heavy meal before your class and try to avoid eating the hour before it. If that’s not possible, stick to light snacks such as dates and nuts.
  • Drink lots of water before and after your workout.
  • Get excited – you’re about to move your body and have fun!
What to Wear

Our curated range of Kayanee activewear has been made specifically to support you during your workout and to move with your body. We recommend choosing the right range depending on your workout’s intensity – discover more, here.

What to Bring
  • A hair tie or headband.
  • Positive vibes and a healthy mindset – you’ll leave feeling invigorated and inspired!
